Cabin reservations in Middle Tennessee require a minimum of two nights. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will result in a loss of all money paid. It is strictly prohibited to bring pets into the cabins, unless they are designated as pet-friendly and all additional pet charges are paid.

Smoking cigars, cigarettes, vaporizers, or electric cigarettes is only allowed outside the cabin. Entering any of the cabins owned and managed by Outrageous Cabins is absolutely prohibited. If the reservation is made 72 hours before arrival, the rental agreement must be archived before arrival. Access to the rental property will not be allowed without a signed rental agreement.

If your reservation is made through a third party website or directly through a representative, it is your responsibility to receive, review, and sign the rental agreement before receiving registration information on the day of your scheduled arrival. The amount of the deposit will be based on the number of guests in each group and the size of the cabin they will be occupying. This rental agreement is a legal and binding contract that is agreed upon when making any reservation and gives Outrageous Cabins the right to collect payment for damage and missing items. Any additional pet fees must be charged in accordance with the pet policy contained in this rental agreement and will be requested from Airbnb prior to arrival.

Rentals also include an initial supply of bathroom soap, travel shampoos and conditioners, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. Outrageous Cabins is not responsible for any personal items left by a guest who stayed or visited the cabin and was not taken with them on departure. When checking out of one of Outrageous Cabins' rental cabins in Middle Tennessee, it's important to remember that all guests must vacate their cabin by 11:00 am on their scheduled departure date.

Any late departures may result in additional charges being applied to your account. Additionally, all guests are responsible for leaving their cabin in its original condition upon departure. This includes removing all personal items from the cabin and disposing of all trash properly.

Cancellation Policies
